While I was describing the issue to Trevor, he basically figured out exactly what model fridge we have and the cause of the issue. He was also able to come up with fix which he explained over the phone. He booked us in for the next day. He discussed some options with us and recommended the one he felt was the best option (which was actually the least expensive). Trevor was extremely professional and clearly knows his stuff.
