And if you don't feel like sitting down there are pool tables, snooker, shuffle board and darts. If you didn't win any money from the draws there is always V.L.Ts. you can usually find a seat. “The primary instructors are great and you get a an intense full body workout. They're punctual, the place is clean, welcoming and organized. The noon classes are only 45 minutes, so if you pay per class, I wouldn't attend those. Some of the less experienced trainers don't give enough direction to new members, speak too quietly or have you stay just boxing for 15 minutes, but you don't have these instructors too often. The prices are reasonable too based on the workout you're getting. If you want to improve your fitness and get a killer workout, try ITC!!”
