“We ordered custom cabinets from Imperial. Dealt with Steve first who was very professional. Steve set us up with Dean who worked with us to find a design, colour and style choices that were perfect. Cabinet order placed and I was contacted advising they were ready right on time. These were cabinets for a reno at our cabin. At this point I determined that a measurement I provided for the ceiling to floor cabinets was wrong. Now this was a measurement I provided to them for the build. When I reached out to Dean advising I had messed up on a measurement they readily told me not to worry. They unpacked the tall cabinets in question and did whatever they did to reduce the height by several inches. Amazing!!!! I loved the pricing and the whole experience from start to finish was above board professional. Highly recommend.”
