Waterside Development

I lived in one of their building for more than a year now and they are by far the best management company out there. The Property Manager is the nicest, most accommodating manager I’ve ever had, and trust me I’ve had lots. With any problem that came to be she had it taken care of in a timely manner. She is very friendly and approachable. If there is any problems, Bernie is the one to call. The building is always nice and clean and the laundry room is always kept in order. I would recommend them to any friends or family looking for a place to live. Thank you for making apartment living easy!

I've been here a couple months. Manager is super nice, professional and honest/forthright - but don't try and BS her, she knows what she's doing. Building is nice and clean and they fixed the few minor problems right away. Caretaker is a down to earth nice guy.

Shared laundry sucks but better than no laundry... although, all shared laundry sucks. In-suite is best but the rent would be too high/not worth it. (For this reason I give 4 stars.)

All-in-all the best property management company I've ever dealt with.
