“I've been here a couple months. Manager is super nice, professional and honest/forthright - but don't try and BS her, she knows what she's doing. Building is nice and clean and they fixed the few minor problems right away. Caretaker is a down to earth nice guy. Shared laundry sucks but better than no laundry... although, all shared laundry sucks. In-suite is best but the rent would be too high/not worth it. (For this reason I give 4 stars.) All-in-all the best property management company I've ever dealt with.”
