I really don't have words to express my gratitude for the words of encouragement you had for me yesterday on the phone. The time you took out of your day while being sick left me feeling hopeful. You could have just made the appointment for me to meet with Kim on April 8th and hung up in less then 2 minutes but you choose to ask me questions and talk with me for 35 minutes, 35 minutes that will take my life totally new direction.
