I forgot the gentleman name, but he works in the framing department. He was so very helpful! An other gentleman named Sean was so very nice and helpful also! But the problem is that I ordered crafting beads ,an I got markers! :( So took them back to Michaels an got my money back..very disappointed! ! I had beads to make for my small business an now I cant fill my orders, an I lost my customers! !! So mad!! :( I hope customer service can fix this, an make me happy. I won't be ordering from Michaels anymore! So very disappointed right now! !! :(

Haven't been here in a while, and found that the store is moving aisles around. Seasonal items are now at front of store when you first walk in. I found what I needed and was checked out friendly and efficiently. I always enjoy shopping at this store.

Eh. I would like to be able to find everything in the world (or the U.S.) craft related. Haven't gotten lucky too many times. Otherwise, the stores are always nice- clean, organized, decent priced (with a coupon. never go w/o one), and staff is helpful and friendly.
