I love this store. They have a lot of nice toys for my babies and good brands for food and treats.

The staff is very nice and I feel welcome every time I visit the Chesterfield location. I work with the public and with so many personalities that visits the store, I feel the staff at this location will uplift any mood they encounter and create a great experience and I really appreciate the time taken by the manager on duty to suggest a product for my pet that has anxiety issues. I trust her judgment and will be returning for all of my pets needs going forward. Great staff and I will be give them feedback with my pet’s anxiety issues and the recommendations I was given.

The staff was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with getting us setup for pet rats! They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and had everything we needed before leaving. We will be back again! Thank you all so much!

Very welcoming pet place! Amazing staff they were very kind and helpful!! There pets were adorable and the fish section was beautiful. And I loved the little crabs!!
