“I was prescribed oxygen for home use when I was hospitalized through Lincare. When I arrived home from the hospital @10:30 at night I called the number and the on-call service technician drove 45 miles to deliver, set up and explain the equipment usage to me at 11:00 PM! The next day I got a call from Lincare informing me that my insurance did not cover their company. They had, however, scheduled equipment delivery for me through a company that my insurance did cover. That company was not able to deliver supplies and equipment for 4 days. Lincare allowed me to use their equipment until Motor City Medical was able to set me up. They did this FREE of charge. I would say that this is EXCELLENT service and commitment to customer care!”
