“This place is wonderful. I delt with Stephanie and Todd and they were both very professional and kind. They took amazing care of our Pip Squeak and went above and beyond to be so caring and sympathetic. The turn around time was super fast and they did a very sweet paw print for us and our loved pups ashes came in a beautiful wooden box along with a heart seed to plant in her memory. I highly recommend them and in the future if the need arises we will use them again. Thank you all so much again. You are such wonderful compassionate people.”

“My dad isn't one to write reviews, so I am doing it on his behalf. Afterall, it is the least we can do considering what Jowett did for us. My grandma passed away last winter in the middle of the night. I cannot express how amazing this family (Jowett) was to my dad and stepmom when it came time to arrange everything. In the middle of the night, the funeral home immediately made arrangements to take care of my grandma...even at 3:00 a.m. I remember my dad telling me that the gentleman from the funeral home made sure that my grandma was covered up so that she would not get cold during the drive back to the funeral home. Again it was in the middle of the night. My dad offered the gentleman from the funeral home a cup of coffee for his drive back to New Haven. Wouldn't you know the coffee pot decided to quit. Get this, the next time my dad met with the folks from the funeral home, they had a new coffee maker for my dad. It is hard to find folks like this anymore. My dad was so appreciative for the special care from these folks. Thank you to the Jowett family for taking care of us.”

He calmly walked us through every step and made the difficult decisions seem easier. He knows "everyone" so he made it smoother to get flowers, caterer, soloist, clergy. He even arranged to have the coffin lowered so we could ceremoniously throw dirt in the grave. He is a gem and now a life-long friend.”
