I have been adding a half teaspoon everyday to my metabolic smoothie and I have no idea if it is actually working but I read online it can take up to 5 months of consistency with taking this product to see major results. I truly feel it has really helped with the inflammation in my joints. The wild berry vinegar is delicious. I use it as a salad vinaigrette. Looking forward to coming back again.
