“Love this gym! It has everything I need to supplement movement in my life when I'm not enjoying the outdoors "gym". I feel safe there with the cameras and card access. Ample parking space. All the members I've interacted with have been kind and respectful. The owner Julie is sincere, knowledgeable and it's not unusual to see her there. She seems eager to help which makes me happy to support a local business. Prices are fair and it's always very clean! I would absolutely recommend this gym.”

“You need another squat rack, or move the deadlift box from behind squat rack. Seeing you only have 1 squat rack, having guys do hr long 1 rep max deadlift workouts puts a wrench into leg days sometimes. People lack the respect of others training. Other then this, its a good gym. Price and condition of the equipment is good. Seriously need to fix the squat rack issue.”
