“ED was AMAZING!! We contacted him to built (from scratch) and finish our two set of wood staircases at our cottage. It was a very big job from start to finish. He was quick to respond, came to see the job a few days later, took all the measurements and did the research to find us the best value for product needed. He was so attentive to detail and quality of workmanship was incredible. He took the time to do it perfectly. He was always there when he said he would be. “I had placed an order with a few packs of the sausages and cherry wood smoked bacon online for delivery. Joe's Smokehouse called to let me know they don't delivery to my area which is almost two hours away from their location but would make sure I receive my order. They went above and beyond by having my order shipped by bus, prepared and packed appropriately for the bus drive. Their customer service was excellent and they contacted me by phone and email to keep me updated on the status of my order every single step of the way. The products were fresh, local and delicious.
