“We are traveling across country from BC. As we were leaving the RV park, in St. Louis de Kent last Tuesday morning, we noticed that one of the shackles on the rear springs was broken. The RV park called Country Camper service department , and on the phone the service manager confirmed that they most likely had the parts we needed and said to come down to the shop and they would look after us. Luckily we were able to drive our unit to shop. When we arrived they looked after us immediately!! Our unit was in the shop within 20 minutes of our arrival. They replaced the broken shackle, checked the others and replaced one more. They were also very knowledgeable about the hydraulic system! We had been having problems with the hydraulics kicking out and other dealers we had talked to never seemed to be able to resolve the problem. The service manager offered several possible solutions and recommended a solution. Two hours later the repairs were completed and we were on the road. Cannot say enough positive things about the service we received. The service manager and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. They transformed what could have been a huge problem into a minor inconvenience!!!!”

“A very pleasant experience, when I went with a friend to purchase a used Ram pickup. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, and we took the truck on an hour long test drive without a tag along and really got to feel out the vehicle and talk about his decision. The interest rates were a little high compared to a bank or credit union, but not ridiculous. The trade offer was low compared to the actual value, but it was an older truck with higher km and they were probably just going to wholesale it..so you cant blame them for that either. The salesman went through ever option to try and get the deal where my friend wanted it, and spent the extra time explaining the best options and there were NO pressure tactics whatsoever, even when we decided he should sell the truck privately.He worked hard to get my friend the deal he wanted. This was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had with a dealer, so I would highly recommend them if they have something your looking for.”
