“It was absolutely a wonderful experience going to Thaly's for their very unique meditation class with gongs and chimes. We sat/laid in hammocks with our eyes closed and listened while the meditation guide used different gongs and chimes to help us release negative energy in our chakras and to focus on our meditation. It was very cool to be floating in a hammock as you could actually feel the very vibrations of the gongs in your body and by the end of the hour long session you could tell that your body had a natural detox of some sort as my lips were actually dry and I felt very thirsty. We were encouraged to hydrate and I definitely felt a renewal of energy from this class. I also bought some chakra stones in a little set in the store downstairs and cleansed them in the ocean the next day and felt an extra sense of renewal and still feel a real connection with these stones and I think it comes from having taken this class in this atmosphere and being in the right mindset before choosing the stones. We weren't allowed to take pictures of the rooms with hammocks or have our phones on during the class but it was absolutely beautiful! Please go and try this experience for yourself!”
