(August 17, 2021, 11:30 pm)A big thank you to the staff (and patrons!) of H&S Meats. I went into the store on Sunday looking for a brisket for me to smoke this week. Not only was the staff knowledgeable in making sure I got the right size, but also spent the time to enquire about how I was going to smoke the brisket and offered up Craft Paper to make sure I was able to wrap it off. I would recommend to anybody to shop here. Thanks!!
