I have relied on Allan of Armstrong Installers for over 10 years for service and repair of my ventilation and central vacuum systems. He has always been prompt when I've had a problem needing fixing, and has been on time, every time, for appointments. He's fixed whatever problem I've had quickly, and the cost has been very reasonable,. What I have found particularly impressive is how he consistently "goes the extra mile" for his customers with no extra charge. As one example, last year I was replacing ceiling tile in the basement and discovered that it was the ventilation hose that had been pushing down and "bulging" the old ceiling tile. I also found a problem with one of the vents. (Side note: the system had been installed by another company when I first bought the house...before I had discovered Armstrong Installers.) I had Allan come out to solve both problems. After rectifying the issues with the hose and vent, he and his brother stayed and helped me (or rather, I watched them) put up the remaining new ceiling tiles, at no extra charge, as Allan wanted to make sure I encountered no further problems. I have found him to be a skilled, honest, trustworthy, and incredibly kind individual, and based on these years of consistently favourable experiences, I highly recommend Allan and Armstrong Installers.
