The inspection was very thorough and provided a great deal of useful information about the home. Mike was prepared for our questions and was amazing regarding the detail of the house and where everything was located. Problem areas were highlighted both in the report and during his walk through. He also provided good information on what could be done later and what skill was needed to correct problems.
The walk through was informative but also on a level that issues were understood. My recommendation is for any local home buyer to contact these folks. Money well spent!
