We had a sewer backup in November on a Saturday night and Service Master saved the day. Not the kind of mess anyone wants to clean up but Wayne showed up and took care of everything and was so pleasant throughout the process. In fact, Service Master was there faster than we could get a plumber on-site. JP was up next, and was there first thing Monday and walked me through everything that would happen next, working with me and my insurance company to get things taken care of. JP was extremely responsive to emails and calls, which was a pleasant surprise. We were very pleased with the service they provided and highly recommend them!

The service is great. My basement flooded - on a Sunday - a few hours later there was someone one here with dehumidifiers and fans to start the drying process. The guy helped moved stuff off the floor. The next morning a couple of guys came by to evaluate the damage and by Tuesday morning the cleanup and packing began. By the end of the week all was removed. (all furniture, books, etc was boxed and taken to their warehouse. Bottom of gyprock was cut out, and flooring removed, even toilet and vanity). They checked regularly to make sure things were drying properly.

Then we had to wait for the insurance release. Once that was done - the work started like clock work all was done quickly and professionally. There was no waiting between workers. There was always someone here doing their trade. All perfectly scheduled. Their quality of work, time the work done and the way they ran everything was great.

The quality of and speed of the work was great. The staff were great. Hopefully I will not have to go through anything like this - but if I did - I will go with Service Master.

I am very happy with Service Master - Great work and great employees. Thank you so much!!

Had a couple inches of water in the basement due to a sump pump failiure after Hurricane Dorion, ServiceMaster (obviously very busy due to the amount of calls they had) arrived before my Insurance Adjuster thought was even possible.

I had the water out myself, by the time the Technician got there, but he took all the moisture readings and photos, and told me they would be back in the next day or so to begin the tear out/cleanup. But before he left, he set up 2 fans and a dehumidifier even though i still didn't have power, so that when it came back on, I would be in better shape.

At 9am the next morning, sure enough a yellow van pulls in my driveway, and work gets started, my Wife, at home with 2 babies, starts thinking around 12 noon, she hadn't heard much of anything coming from the basement, so she goes down to have a look, and to her surprise - all of our furniture had been moved to center of the room and wrapped, half of the laminate flooring have already been taken out, and all the baseboards removed, in complete silence, the babies napped right through demolition!

In the driveway, the laminate flooring was stacked and taped together in neat piles, along with lined up garbage bags. It looked like a well oiled military operation, not like any construction demo/renovation projects I've had done in the past. We were very impressed, you can tell this is not their first time doing this.

Any of the guys on the team were super friendly, and kept us informed all along the way. And again, this is, after a hurricane, is when they are probably at their busiest.

My Insurance Adjuster called me at 8:30pm (after a busy day himself I'm sure) to let me know to expect ServiceMaster to come in the next couple of days to begin tear out - and was shocked to hear not only had they already been over, but the work was complete.

Highly recommend using ServiceMaster of Moncton after a stressful event like this.
