“Great spot to workout. Clean, safety conscious and not to busy or crowded in the morning. I usually use the facility at 6am and usually only 3 or 4 of us working out. They have a nice little single person sauna to help melt away those pounds. I highly recommend the facility to anyone looking for a spot to workout. Always a 10/10 in my books.”

“First spinning class for life! The team were able to put everyone who was it the first time at ease by making sure the bike was a good fit for them. “Covid” precautions were in place (purel, distance between bikes, mask). The music is good and catchy! I recommend 🚴🏻♀️ 👌🏼”
