“Because there were no reviews, I was a bit nervous, but everything went really well. Jordan was very professional, he got to work immediately when he arrived. He asked all the right questions and answered all the questions that I had. He was understanding about my concerns about the birds that had been living in the duct and checked first, but they had moved out thank goodness. He charged me what was quoted on the telephone when the appointment was made and brought out the bill once the job was completed. I had gotten several quotes for the dryer duct cleaning and The Duct Guys was the most reasonable . I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thanks again for such great work. RF”
