“If you are reading my review, then you really need not look further. The staff; Xavier, Eric, the dispatch team, moving personnel are all wonderful and knowledgeable. Whom ever you get when you call will know everything about your move. Their response via email and phone is like no other I have experienced. Why can't all service be this way? My items were moved from Ontario to BC and were stored in Toronto before my expected arrival date. I had to change my destination mid way and some details around the move and they all made me feel comfortable with all my changes; assuring me that everything would be ok. It was!!! They did everything they said they would do. They kept in touch every step of the way. They came to my home and itemized every item and provided me with a copy. They were amazing! . I was so nervous about this big move and Eric and Xavier at no time made me feel anything but comfort. A huge thank you to all of you!!”
