“I am grateful these folks could come tow my car after hours and get it fixed for me fairly early the next day. When I did a google search on them I saw hours Monday-Friday, 7-5. Unfortunately when I called and talked to the woman at the desk and told her I was coming from Pittsburg to get my car, she neglected to tell me that they close for lunch at noon which is exactly when I arrived so I had to wait for almost an hour til they got back. My suggestion... please tell people when you tell them their vehicle is ready for pickup and or at least update your google search to show the hour you close daily for lunch to avoid this happening to any more otherwise satisfied customers.”
