I was treated with the utmost respect and attention: any questions I had were answered immediately and every step of the process was explained in detail. Nick Granchelli, my mortgage consultant, worked around the clock to assist me in securing a loan, even when he was at home, after business hours. Denise Manning, my loan coordinator, was friendly and helpful. She kept in constant contact with me, updating me about the status of my loan. I would highly recommend this company (and I already have) if you are looking to secure a loan and would like to be treated as a person and not a number.
