Renaissance Place Apartments

The staff here is incredibly responsive, helpful and kind. Any issue I have had has been handled in a professional, attentive way. The quality of my unit is exceptional and even though I think of my stay here as temporary, there is a community feel.

We just moved in this place is awesome The Office team of Maggie Property Manager.,Erica, Samantha Leasing Agents . The Maintenance manager Roger his team of Matt And Matt the whole team is very efficient professional they make you feel at home here and comfortable . The neighbors are very friendly. I highly recommend this place .

I have lived in this complex for 5 years now. Location is fantastic. Apartments are regularly refreshed (granite counters, new flooring, environmentally conscious lighting fixtures/bulbs, updated door knobs. The management team led by Maggie does an exceptional job keeping the community updated and connected with thoughtful and skillfully written email updates and reminders and the maintenance team is TOP NOTCH. It would be hard to find a more dedicated maintenance team lead by Roger, with strong collaboration from Matt and Matt. They work together so well and are impressively responsive to maintenance requests. In particular with recent winter weather and snow they are plowing, snow blowing and salting way before the sun is even up. I cannot say enough nor give enough thanks to our maintenance team. Especially in less than kind negative degree wind chills. Many thanks to all for making this such a pleasant and enjoyable living experience. 5 stars. 2 thumbs up!!!! Highly recommend,

We moved in here in July and couldn't be happier. The people who work here are the friendliest and most helpful people we have had to deal with. We have moved around a lot and stayed in many apartments and this is the best. Great location and great apartments. Never want to leave.

Moving to Renaissance Place is one of the best decisions we have ever made! My husband, daughter, dog and I relocated here and every day we comment that it was an excellent move. We looked at DOZENS of apartments in the area and by far, Renaissance is the best. After living here for several months, we continue to be impressed .
Property manager Maggie is extremely intelligent, kind and competent and Erica is wonderful and witty as well. They always work hard to make sure that residents feel appreciated and I love seeing their smiling faces when I visit the office. They even throw numerous free events and parties for the residents to build a sense of community. The maintenance staff is incredibly responsive; they keep the property pristine and handle every service call with politeness and class. The location is ideal too; my daughter can walk to Williamsville East high school and there is almost no need to drive anywhere for many supplies as stores and restaurants are around the corner. In addition, the price we pay every month is extremely reasonable. The rent includes water, sewer and trash-- those aren't included at many other properties and can really add up. For the reasonable rent, you get an apartment that is expertly laid-out(no wasted space), a beautiful kitchen with tile floors and tall ceilings. It really feels more like a patio-home than an apartment. The pet fee is very reasonable and there is no additional monthly charge; again, many apartments charge at least $60 extra per month. Speaking of pets, this community is very dog-friendly-- my dog loves playing at the dog park(yes, they have a dog park!!) with all of the other pups in the community. Pet waste stations are conveniently located around the grounds so everything is kept clean and tidy. All in all, living at Renaissance has made our life very peaceful and care-free and we plan on living here for years to come.
