Friday, September 13, 2019 I had my Acura TL serviced at Monroe on North French Rd in East Amherst. I wrote the following review below but may have attributed it to the wrong facility. I would just like to make sure I give credit to where credit is due. Thanks!
Wonderful, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, competent, honest, unbelievably accommodating and reasonably priced.

Got me right in for oil change. I also asked them to Check my brakes, thank god i did, the rear pads were almost gone. Quick and efficient, time is money to me, so they were lifesavers.

I found the service to be very personable and thorough. There were no extra charges from the quote they gave me. Also they did the work in a timely fashion. I would recommend this center to others.

Great service! I had an emergency and needed my tire plugged ASAP, they were able to get me right in and I was good to go in less than a half hour. They were so professional and kind, they took excellent care of me. I would absolutely recommend them for your automotive needs!

I moved here from the west coast and I needed to find a go to auto shop... Monro delivers. Under new management they do great work and never seem over pushy about selling something to you that isn’t needed. They present their findings and give you options from them or elsewhere depending on the need. Been in buffalo for about a year now and I come here every time.
