“Went there for state inspection. Service was prompt and honest. I found out that they do tire repairs for free - I had just paid $20 to plug a nail hole in a tire at a competitor. The place to wait is very large because I was told it was once a place where they sold appliances as the first Goodyear store in Buffalo. I fell asleep in the waiting area - very quiet.”

“Hands down the best service when purchasing a new used vehicle. They will definitely work with you within means and they are a friendly group of people. Regular vehicle servicing is great as well but keep in mind, some things might require you sitting there for hours waiting. That all depends though. Not a deal breaker for me. Would be nice if they get a shuttle program set up, but again, that's not that much of a big deal for me.”
