Service here is always cheerful! Whether it's an out of pocket expense, warranty work or a complimentary car wash, Keyser always treats me like a valued customer.
I first experienced warranty service here, after purchasing my used Cadillac at another large wny dealer. They DID NOT stand behind the vehicle, not offer service worth returning for. By a comedy of errors, I learned my car still had a GM warranty to work out the kinks. Keyser made me feel like a long time client from day 1.
Recently, I learned a perk of the brand is a complimentary wash. This keeps my high mileage car looking better than it might otherwise in the sunny weather, and slows the salt decay in the winter season!
There showroom is inviting, the customer lounge comfortably appointed and the staff treats everyone like a referral from a loved one!

I have been to over 8 dealerships within the last 2 months. I've walked out unhappy with each and every one of the salespeople. I found a vehicle that I liked at Keyser and emailed back and forth with Collin. After checking the the truck out a few times and not being attacked by vultures like the other dealerships, I forced myself to go in, anticipating another torturous, irritating experience. It was the complete opposite...they were amazing! They weren't pushy at all and they took care of all issues that came up in the process during buying the vehicle (all caused by myself) They got me out of there quick and I walked out with a great deal. Brad, Collin and the ladies in Ann and Kim were absolutely great!

I had scheduled a routine oil change and left my car with Adam.
Adam noticed a sound when driving my car at low speed (my husband had also told me about that). Apparently the root cause of that sound is a common issue (due to ice/snow this time of year) and Adam was able to have that corrected. I'm not even sure he charged me for that correction; Adam indicated that it was a simple tightening/adjustment of the heat shield which moves because of snow build-up.
I really appreciate having a service agent who pays attention to what might be common issues with Cadillac vehicles and makes suggestions and/or corrections to keep the car performing as best as possible.
Adam also kept in touch with me via email to keep me in the loop on progress and my car was ready to pick up when I got there.
