The workers who have been there for years (not many left) will tell u that the customer service has really been suffering due to changes in management and turnover in front line employees. There are still hard workers at this store who are awesome with customers. If you know how to shop for deals, you will kill it here. For small time, home improvement ppl, ppl who want to improve their homes on their own, this is the store for u!! Look for me at the cash registers (at least as of 9/19). I will tell u how it is. PS u always need a bar code OR an item number when checking out.. just giving us the dimensions and/or price, is useless.
