“This place is the best because I work here as my part time fun job. The workers who have been there for years (not many left) will tell u that the customer service has really been suffering due to changes in management and turnover in front line employees. There are still hard workers at this store who are awesome with customers. If you know how to shop for deals, you will kill it here. For small time, home improvement ppl, ppl who want to improve their homes on their own, this is the store for u!! Look for me at the cash registers (at least as of 9/19). I will tell u how it is. PS u always need a bar code OR an item number when checking out.. just giving us the dimensions and/or price, is useless.”

“We are extremely pleased and happy with the job they did with the carpet installation for our stairs! Chris helped us tremendously with the carpet selection, guiding us with the carpet selection that fits our needs. We took time to decide and actually took several carpet samples home to see how the carpets would like on the stairs. Once the decision was made, Chris was prompt with measurements and ordering the carpet. Then, the installation was done impeccably. The stairs now look great! We also have two great looking area rugs that Chris made for us from leftovers.”

I saw several items that were on sale that represented some really nice values. The apparently have thousands of different Fabrics elections to choose from however everything in the store is neutral and white and it would be nice if there was some color and deviation. I did not purchase from the store because the prices are really high but if I could afford it I would have bought in here.”

“I love how affordable this place is. Great place to buy little odds and ends u need instead of going in big box stores. I gave it 4 stars because there is one cashier that NEVER EVER GREETS ME!! I ALWAYS GREET HER ASKING HER IS SHE HAVING A BAD DAY! She tends to greet everyone before or after me but never me. I do not want to yell racist (the ladies in front of me and behind me are never the same nationality as me)but I have reported her action to the managers several times. It's just not nice to be rude to customers. You never know what someone is going through. Her excuse today when I ask how was her day being that she grabbed my items and started ringing them in without saying one word to me. As a customer I spend lots of money here weekly and to be treated this was is unprofessional,bad customer service and VERY RUDE.”
