Called Thursday afternoon; had my Bi-pap machine and supplies Monday afternoon. In addition to quick turnaround (2 days v 5 days), Pro2 charged more than 40% less than the company the sleep center "suggested", not to mention charging me for a humidifier that is already integrated into the Bi-PAP unit. Also, the people I spoke to at Pro2 were all more friendly and helpful than the front desk lady at the "suggested" respiratory supplier next door to the sleep center. I had excellent service from a Christian. He went over all the features of the CPAP machine.
I only wish he had opened up the mask and put it on me. I had a little confusion with the way it was packaged.
