Very nice and clean laundromat. The prices are expensive compared to the other laundromat I have visited. I am still adjusting to this city. In Brooklyn NY no matter the temperature the price stays the same.
Here depending on the temperature of the water, the price rises or falls. The machine I used said 5.50 but when I pressed hot it charged me 6.00. I used a $ 7 machine and when I pressed hot it went to around 8.75. It's 0.25 for every 5 minutes for the dryer.
I needed to use the ATM but it was broken so I went to the gas station nearby.
The lady was very nice and helpful.
The cleanest, friendliest, affordable place to do your laundry! With TV and nice lounge/reading area, you feel at home!
On vacation and found this laundromat. Very clean, newer machines, easy parking, and very helpful staff. Sitting area for adults and play area for kids. Great place.
So my washer broke and I dreaded the thought of going to the laundromat since its been years and I had awful memories of them. Well much to my delight, it was wonderful. I was greeted by an employee named Wanda, who helped me figure out which washers were the best for what I needed to get done AND helped me load them. The place is spotless and the machines were very clean and quick! So, next time I have to make the trip, I will go without hesitation but ONLY to this one!
Today was my first visit to Top Shelf Laundromat at their Williamsville, NY location on Maple Road. Truth be told, I haven't been in a laundromat in probably 30 years so I'm embarrassed to say I needed a little help. I brought in 2 queen size comforters to wash there since they are too large for my front load machines at home. The attendant Chris was such a wonderful help, she never gave me the look of "I can't believe you don't know how to do this". She kindly and without skipping a beat walked me through the process. I logged into the free wifi while I was there (I'm a Realtor so working remotely is what I do) and I took her advice regarding stopping the dryer every 15 minutes or so to rearrange the comforter so it dries fully. The entire space was spotless, they were quiet when I got there but definitely picked up around 5:00pm, probably when most people get out of work. All of the patrons appeared to be happy as well.
This was a very pleasant experience, I'd recommend them to anyone who wears clothes and likes them to be clean!! I'll definitely come back when I have another big job. In the meantime...thank you Chris for all of your help today!! I truly appreciated it!!
