I just completed the 5 Week Challenge. The workouts are challenging and the trainers are great. The trainers are knowledgeable and adapt the exercises to your abilities. They encourage you during the workouts to do your best!! The meal plan is easy to follow. The daily encouragement from the staff helps keep you focused on your goals.

I just completed the 5 week challenge & I’m totally pleased with the results. The Trainers are awesome & motivational. Place is always clean & I love the fact that I get my own space with my own equipment during the workout.

With this program I was able to accomplish my goal and lose 10% of my body weight. I was very satisfied with the program because of all of the support from Orlando and Ashley! The program is very structured and easy to follow. Orlando and Ashley keep you motivated on a daily basis. I would high recommend this for any one who wants to successfully lose weight.

Formula 3 Fitness 5 week challenge is an excellent way to jump start your fitness for life. I managed to hit my goals each week. Recipes were delicious and interesting! The staff emails were inspiring and motivating. The classes are rigorous but you can do anything for 45 minutes!

I recently completed the Formula 3 Fitness 5 Week Challenge. It was a great experience. The workouts are challenging but the large variety of exercises, including cardio and strength training, all packed into 45 minutes makes the time go by fast. The small group training gave me the support I needed. The challenge provided me with lots of helpful information on nutrition. The high level of accountability kept me focused on my goal. I am looking forward to continuing. I highly recommend Formula 3 Fitness and the 5 Week Challenge is a great way to start!
