(September 19, 2018, 4:58 am)Really nice gym! They have everything you need for a good workout. Plenty of cardio equipment and a plethora of free weights give you no excuse to not get fit! I'll be back when I come through the area and since it's open 24/7 I'm always welcome.

(December 1, 2017, 5:29 am)Good clean 24hr gym, leans more toward on the machine side of things. Could use an Olympic bar and power rack. Bring head phones.
(March 9, 2017, 1:07 pm)I have been a temporary member for almost 2 months.I got a great 2 month trial deal on Groupon.The place is super clean,there are No FILTHY rags lying anywhere,you wipe down the machines you use, just as every gym I have gone to.
In the 2 months I have gone,at least 3x a week no loud music or tv.The staff is very helpful,I love the hours and the equipment is diverse, with 2 new pieces- bikes, just this past week.Another plus is the patrons,so many polite, seniors ,middle. aged and young people.I love it there.Oh,the photos are exact of the inside.As I said a very pleasant place to get in shape ,get yourself a Groupon trial and check it yourself. !
