Friendly staff. Good inventory. Love to visit all the small animals and the kitties that are up for adoption.

I love being able to take my dog here, even though he is on his leash he runs around and has a great time. Their products are vast and this is the only place I get my dog's food. The staff is phenomenal here anyways friendly and they seem to actually like their jobs. Great place, kudos to you!!!

Large selection. They will match any price that you find which is really good. I got a huge discount buy price matching what was online.

Went to the East Aurora PetSmart to buy a bird for my sons birthday and Colleen, one of the managers was so incredibly helpful. I was nervous and didn’t know where to start. She took the time to explain everything, the good and the bad. Her time was so appreciated. The store was so busy and the phone didn’t stop ringing still she took the time with us. We love our parakeet, Max! Thanks to Colleen and staff for being so kind and for all of their help!!!
