Went to Shoe Dept. in East Aurora this afternoon. The guy and gal behind the counter were very kind and friendly. For some reason, my boots came up a slightly different price (only slightly - don't be mad, Corporate). Because it rang up at a lower price, they gave the boots to me at that price. It was only fair, they said. Exemplary employees and kind people. They do it right. Give them a raise.

Nice new store. Neat and clean with well stocked shelves. Good selection of shoes for each season. Friendly staff.

The woman I dealt with was so friendly. The place is clean and organized. I love it!
