“I really liked the doctor. He’s very personable and kind. The issue I had was he told me he accepted my insurance then three visits later I received a bill. A large bill and was told oops no I don’t take your insurance. I made the payment and now I’m dealing with a collection agency telling my ex husband he owes what I’ve already paid. This is unfortunate because I would have liked him to continue to treat my son.”

“Good staff depending on who you get. Though iv had good experiences over the 4+ years iv also had many bad as well. my worst experience was when i got my braces off. After everything was off and all or most of the cement was off they were about to take a mold of my teeth when one of the head ortho was called over. He claimed to need to take more cement off my teeth but I didn’t feel any except for what is on my back left molar. Instead of doing as he claimed he ground down two of my front teeth causing me pain and discomfort. So now I’m left uncomfortable with my own teeth feeling unnatural and even more sensitive then they were beforehand. I was not able to to speak do to being scared and in pain at the time. So I will be talking to him about this the next time I am there.”
