I was way over mileage looking at a heavy penalty from another dealer lease. The GM Dean and his staff researched all my info and explained all my options clearly so I could make the best decision. He also encouraged me to shop around more to make sure I was confident. After multiple visits to other dealers including the Audi dealer where I had my lease, I came back to Keller because they treated me the best. This was my 1st new car buying experience and it was great! I really didn't know what to expect, I was a little nervous, but I didn't feel like I was being pushed into a car that I didn't want and I believed going in there already knowing what I wanted to buy really helped! Sales team really nice and they had competitive prices.
