(June 7, 2019, 3:34 pm)They really came through for us last night. I was stranded at the Buffalo airport parking with a flat. My husband had to drive up from the Jamestown area to help me. They were open late which really helped us. Phil was friendly and compassionate to our circumstances and was through and knowledgeable. He met us in the parking lot, realized that my husband was the one that called and remembered our circumstances. In a world of self absorbed people, it’s a nice, rare find to have such wonderful customer service.
