(June 27, 2019, 9:09 pm)Hands down the best service when purchasing a new used vehicle. They will definitely work with you within means and they are a friendly group of people. Regular vehicle servicing is great as well but keep in mind, some things might require you sitting there for hours waiting. That all depends though. Not a deal breaker for me. Would be nice if they get a shuttle program set up, but again, that's not that much of a big deal for me.
(June 24, 2019, 8:48 pm)I had been shopping for a vehicle for two weeks. Everywhere I went, I had to go through the buyer's bull! I stopped in at Basil Resale to see a vehicle I researched online. Just coming in the door I was impressed! I was greeted by everyone with kindness and most of all respect. The financial manager, Tom, worked diligently to get me into the vehicle I wanted. It is refreshing to realize that there is a business that truly helps their customers and provides customer service beyond expected. Thank you Tom and everyone at Basil Resale at Transit Road!!!
