The staff that checked me in was friendly. However, there were no tags to hang on the door to refuse housekeeping or not to interrupt. So each morning before we were up, there was a knock on the door from housekeeping. Breakfast ran out before the allotted time. Once again our keycards deactivated before our stay was up. Otherwise, the room was clean and so was the bedding and towels. With a few changes, I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is fantastic. The staff was helpful and provided us with everything that we needed. The man at the check- in counter was especially friendly as he gave us extra towels and had a good attitude. The rooms were decent and comfortable. The amenities were awesome; the gym was nice and the pool was refreshing. The breakfast was delicious for both the days I was there, but the pancake machine was broken. The eating area is spacious and is able to accommodate plenty of people. Although this hotel was pretty good, it was a little pricey. I would still suggest that you stay at this hotel just because it is cheaper than the other hotels near it and the proximity to so many shops and restaurant. Great location! I suggest that you scrap the styrofoam as it is bad for the environment and just stay with more biodegradable products such as paper plates.

Nice rooms and it has a lot of amenities, loved the place especially when you are road tripping. I droves from Florida to Toronto and this place is amazing! Coffee is always available, juices for my kids. Great staff too.????
