Excellent service and great receptionist. Would like to come back. One negative was the sofa was torn and didn't meet the Hilton quality and standard.
Excellent customer service! They were having technical difficulty and couldn't reach their shuttle, they called another hotel to get my wife to the mall. The rooms are clean and their sheets are top notch!
Great staff and a super quality hotel experience! Easy access the the pool, gym and guest laundry. Breakfast was great and the front desk offered complimentary toiletries and dish soap. Full size fridge and dishwasher. Pots and hot plate availed at not charge upon request. Will definitely stay again! The honors program offers great deals and an electronic key to your room!
Hotel was ok and in a decent location. Not a cozy room. The decor and florescent lighting seemed more like a hospital room than a hotel room but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was better than most other hotels that only serve the disgusting powdered eggs. They had microwaveable omelets and scrambled eggs that were actually pretty good. Not a bad place to stay in a pinch but if I were to return to the buffalo area I would look around for a little nicer place.
A wonderful new hotel! When we requested a quiet room, Steve put us in 128, near unoccupied rooms. Inna at the front desk in the morning was also very nice.
Room decor is modern, high end and attractive. The high ceilings create a feeling of spaciousness, like a loft. Beds and couch were comfortable, and the sofa area has an opaque curtain that can be pulled across to provide privacy and shield the bed area from the light. Nice linens and towels.
The kitchen is well equipped and has a full-sized fridge, dishes, silverware, and a dishwasher.
The new LG TV had a great picture and can be viewed from either the couch or the nearby bed.
The air in the room seemed super clean, like it was being filtered. I-90 is maybe 200 yards away, but we heard no traffic noise. The central heating worked well and provided some mild white noise. The modern window shade did an excellent job of blocking the light in the morning.
Some eco-friendly touches included a dual-flush toilet and recycling container.
Breakfast felt like we were eating at a Starbucks, with excellent coffee, and tasty microwaveable breakfast sandwiches and omelets.
