“There is a nice assortment of well cared for, quality items. I was looking for something to fulfill a specific need. I did not find it here which was not a problem. I did see a few things I considered impulse buying until I realized I was getting the cold shoulder from the employee. I walked past her several times and was not acknowledged in any way, no hello, no nod, not even a glance in my direction. There is no possiblity of her not being aware of my presence, there was only one other person in the store. The other shopper must have been more appealing to her as that women was greeted and offered assistance.”

“Our almost four year old Abby (a cavalier king charles spaniel) has been going to Love Your Dog since she was a baby. We have had nothing but a positive experience there. The staff is very professional and attentive to our Abby. She loves it there. When we drop her off (which is about three times a year for over a week stay each time) she doesn't even say good bye. She's so excited to be there that she just takes off. We've considered trying other places but why fix something that's not broken. We definitely recommend Love Your Dog.”
