And even more importantly, their customer service is absolutely top notch! I love going there, especially on weekends and taking advantage of the amazing BBQ lunch they sell. “Very friendly staff, and willing to customize my Power Shake to cut back on some of the carbs, since I have Diabetes. The shake was very good too! Nice consistency, and great flavor! There were a few ice cubes that didn't break up, but that's okay. My only suggestion would be for the company to try and provide nutritional information, so people like myself can have a better shot at managing their conditions that are nutritional information dependent. The staff member who served me was willing to let me look at the nutrition labels of the items going into the shake that actually had labels though, so that helped! All in all, I give them 4 out of 5, with the star removal being based strictly on the nutrition information aspect. ????”

“Our first time there, ordered the Greek pizza and BBQ wings.....freaking amazing. Wife, kids and I loved every bite. Waitress was on her game and super nice. When it came time to pay, they only take cash or checks and the guy told me I could come back later if I didn't have the cash. ATM on site kept that from happening but just the gesture alone was so unheard of. We will be back, soon....and again after that. Thanks Clarence Pizza!”

“I have been eating at hayes for years. I have never had a bad meal there. Fish is the freshest in buffalo, you walk in and there is no fish smell even though their market is steps away from where you enter. Some of the specialty fish is a little expensive, but you need to remember this is high quality fresh fish. They also have breaded and broiled haddock fish fries for a fantastic price. Fries also great. Looking to crab, clams, mussels, tuna, chicken fingers, soups, steaks, or salads? Yep they have all that too. Just look to buy some fish at the fish market and cook it your self? They have a wide selection and they tell you where every shipment comes from. I don't know anywhere else in buffalo that can do that. You don't know good fish until have ate at Hayes, its worth the drive from anywhere in buffalo.”
