Expert Auto Glass of WNY

Windshield shattered on Friday. Called him on Saturday and he was at my house replacing it on Monday. Very good service and quality not replacement. There were also the cheapest option around.

After two failed attempts by safelite, my insurance company referred me over to Expert and they were fabulous. Called me right when they said they would, showed up right on time and got the job done quickly and easily. Highly recommend !

A super small shop that does the same thing bigger companies do, only cheaper. I called and talked to a real person who scheduled me the next day. They were ready when I arrived and had it replaced in about an hour.
The waiting room is simple (two chairs and some magazines) and a little chilly. Not a great place if you need to bring a kid along. If it was comfortable and had wifi, it would be 5 stars.

Quick, friendly, helpful local business. The crazy Buffalo weather cracked my windshield. Within two days of calling they had ordered the specialty piece, replaced my windshield, worked it out with my insurance and I was on my way. Even gave me a ride back to work before business hours. Great customer service. Appreciate it!
