“Went in to get a inverted lob and left with something totally wrong and too short, the girl Lynn that cut my hair was very unprofessional kept complaining about the new manager and stopped to text during my cut not to mention she kept digging the comb into my ears by the time I left they were so red and felt like they were on fire!. But the new manager that cut my daughter's hair did it exactly how she wanted looked like the picture she showed. She was so friendly and apologized for the wait.”
