Due to some poor work done by a large AAA certified towing company in the Kenmore/Tonowanda & Niagara Falls area, the towing company fried my navigation, blue tooth etc. system. Thank god for SCAP. Prices were good, work was done quickly and was able to get my rear camera, nice pioneer radio and blue tooth in a quick turnaround. Add to that the sound system includes speed limit warnings (um not that I need it) and has much better sound than I am used to. They were nice, professional and took care with my car. Mark was very nice. I feel very comfortable recommending this place (and anyone who knows me, knows I don't recommend just anything).
Only negative might be the waiting area, although cozy is a little, well 'interesting', for someone waiting there alone. Probably not the most female friendly, but then again what garage, dealership, towing company is? If only the AAA certified towers took as much care as SCAP.

Called in the morning to have an aftermarket grille installed on my car last minute, it involved taking off the whole front bumper yet they managed to squeeze me in and had me ready to go by lunch! Very professional employees and quality work done by them.
