Maybe it is because of their size that they give such good attention to detail but I was always pleased with their customer service. In my situation, I was trying to buy a car remotely and I was looking as far away as NYC but then I found LK Auto online. Although they sold the car that they had advertised they searched the country and cherry-picked a BMW for me out of Michigan and moved it here at no cost to me. I drove it, loved it, and bought it. Because it was used, it came with a short warranty and I did have one small issue with the door during the warranty period. We discussed the issue and fixed it - it was fair and with no problems. I love their turn-around time. All emails were answered quickly. All phone calls were picked up (no voicemail). Everything was handled professionally. I hope that my new (used) car lasts me a long time but I hope to use the guys again a few years from now. These guys are aces.”

“I had an absolutely incredible experience renting my very first RV for a family camping trip here. It all started when the camper I rented through RVshare fell through (the owner sold the unit and returned my deposit leaving me with no camper) I was panicked looking for a replacement in short notice and I happened upon EZ Camp Rentals. Larry is TERRIFIC! The RV we were renting was near our destination the night before so he drove it out to our campground and was going to show me how it worked- that is until my car broke down on the way. We were much later getting there and he so graciously set it up, opened the awning and turned in the AC for us. All we had to do was move in ! He made our first RV camping trip a resounding success ! I’m so thankful we found EZ camp and look forward to working with him again next year for our new annual tradition! Also, the RV was newer, the amenities perfect and we were the place for all our our family to congregate during a wicked rainstorm .. I’d do this again in a heartbeat! Love this company!”
