A fantastic family-owned company. They are up on all the latest in the "bug world" stuff, but they really understand old-fashioned customer service too. My husband and I are so grateful to Dean and his sons and we know when we call, they will always be there, and that's a great feeling. Screw you, carpenter ants! Highly recommend.

This company saved the day! One day my mother heard buzzing in the ceiling of her living room. She thought that she needed to take care of this problem soon, then all of a sudden bees started to filter into the house!!! She had no idea where they were coming from but I called Certified Pest Solutions and they came the same day! Luckily an employee was relatively close and responded with great haste!

The bees were not stopping at this point there were close to 300 bees in the house! The field agent surveyed the area found the source of the issue. He did a great job of explaining his process to take care of the bees. I couldn't thank them enough they SAVED THE DAY!!!!!!

Called Dean with an Emergency... Mom had brought a box into the house from the Garage. It was a box of recyclables which she was going to take out to the curb in the morning. That night she heard some scratching coming from the box. The next morning she got up the nerve to get the box out the front door. She had thought maybe there was a tiny mouse in there.... WRONG - A giant Rat jumped from the box and instead of running out the propped open front door, it made a left into her Living Room!

Because Dean couldn't get there immediately I asked him for some guidance. He kindly took the time to tell me exactly what he would do and what I should purchase to get the job done. Well It Worked like a charm and we were able to capture that Rat before Bed Time! (Because there was no way my mom was sleeping at home that night) Thanks For the info Dean! Will absolutely give you the next shot at solving any of our future pest problems! Thanks!
