“I came here 2 days before the Impossible Burger launched. The staff let me know we can buy them early and let me order the burgers before the official launch. I waited probably about 15 minutes for my food. In these 15 minutes, I was offered a free pie on more than one occasion, an explanation of what happened (the burgers had to be made fresh to order) and the manager gave us free fries in our bag. Even though I had to wait while the burgers took longer than normal, the manager and staff made sure to apologize and let me know that they're just getting used to the new menu item. I had a very pleasant experience and I would come back here again. Thank you crew for being so nice on my Monday night snack run!”
